This Mini PC is over-spec'ed. It was originally rated for 4 G RAM, however it supports 8 G RAM in the BIOS and so has been upgraded to have the highest specs possible.This may mean that the computer may only work in a GNU/Linux environment. It has not been tested on Windows, so WIndows may or may not work, however if you use Linux you won't have any major problems.
There may be problems with Windows. That is however no loss, LInux is amazing! This computer has 8 G RAM. GNU/Lubuntu Linux has been freshly installed on this computer.
You may re-image the drive to whatever Linux distribution you choose.
